RETURN POLICY

PainFreeCycling™ believes in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return it 30-days from the shipped date and you will not be billed for the order. Please note the following terms:

  1. All returned products must be received within 30 days of the order’s original shipping date located in the purchase receipt.
  2. We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
  3. Please clearly mark all packages with the RMA number. Packages without an RMA number will not be processed.
  4. Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.

Here’s how to return:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number

      When requesting an RMA number by email please do the following:
    • Place your order number in the subject line of the email as well as "RMA Request".
      • Example: (Order PFC-200701011234-123456 - RMA Request)

  2. Clearly mark your package with the RMA number provided by PainFreeCycling.com.
  3. Ship the product to the address below. (PainFreeCycling.com does not refund the shipping charges for you to return a product.)
    • To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address below. The warehouse can not accept packages without an RMA number.

Once the return has been confirmed, PFC will issue a refund.


How Long Will it Take To Process Returns?
From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 3 business days to process your refund.

Please keep in mind the customer's bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received, hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the customer's bank posts our refund.
